The teams in the chart below are teams who would not have made the NCAA Tournament solely based on the Top 64 (or Top 68) overall winning percentages in Division 1 Men's Basketball. Therefore, these teams SHOULD NOT have been in the NCAA Tournament for that reason alone. However, all of these teams made it into the NCAA Tournament and here is their overall winning percentages before the start of the NCAA Tournament below.
