Harvey's headache

The goal of Harvey Perlman, the Chancellor of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln (UNL), is to increase UNL enrollment to 30,000 students by the year 2020. There have only been 25,000+ students once in the University of Nebraska-Lincoln's history. That happened in 1982 when 25,075 students attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
